Overview of shipping costs Bitgild makes ordering gold and silver online safe, easy, and fast. You can easily buy gold and silver and have your order fully insured and delivered to your home. If you prefer to pick up the order yourself, this can be arranged by appointment at our office in Baarn or The Hague.
 
Delivery Options Netherlands

Pickup at office	€12.50 (+1% for cash payments)	You can pick up your order in Baarn or The Hague, but this is only possible by appointment. In Baarn, pickup is available from Monday to Friday, while in The Hague, pickup is only possible on Monday and Tuesday.
Personal delivery service	From €20	Our personal delivery service offers an anonymous, inconspicuous, and discreet service. Deliveries take place on Tuesday and Friday, either during the day or in the evening. Delivery is made exclusively to your address and requires ID verification and a signature upon receipt. This service is available for orders up to €50,000 and is free for orders starting from €10,000.
PostNL Service Point	From €17.50	You can collect your order from a PostNL service point near you. An ID check and signature upon receipt are required. This service is available for orders up to €5,000.
Private Courier	€100	Delivery is exclusively by appointment and is handled by a discreet member of our team. During delivery, a product explanation can be provided. This service is available for orders up to €200,000.
UPS Access Point	Depends on country	You can collect your order from a UPS Access Point near you. An ID check and signature upon receipt are required. Availability depends on the destination country. Pricing varies based on country and package weight. For added security, larger orders will be split into multiple shipments. Each shipment must be verified before the next one is sent.

UPS Access Point	Depends on country	You can collect your order from a UPS Access Point near you. An ID check and signature upon receipt are required. Availability depends on the destination country. Shipments with UPS are available for deliveries throughout Europe. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the package. See the table below for all shipping costs by country and weight.
Note: Due to Brexit, import taxes apply to products purchased from the Netherlands and shipped to the United Kingdom. When your package is delivered by UPS, you will need to pay the import taxes.
